1. Undelivered parcels from the European Union are returned to me. In this case, if the cause of non-delivery of the shipment is an insufficient address or failure to collect the shipment from the post office, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs of re-posting the shipment.

Undelivered or returned shipments from countries outside the European Union are sent to the Customs Office in Poland. High customs clearance costs make it impossible to pick up the shipment.

2. Any requests for refunds or returns must be shipping within 21 days of the parcel arriving. All items must be in original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. When I receive the item I will issue a refund to your PayPal account for.

3. If the item was damaged or
stolen during shipment, the Buyer should send photos of the damaged packaging and item.
4. Complaints about the loss of parcels may be submitted no later than 6 months from the date of sending the parcel.

5. Shipment from Poland may take up to 5 - 30 days to Europe and 10-40 days overseas.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Sometimes shipping delays occur depending on weather, customs and postal issues. Please order keeping this in mind.
