This listing is for 1 or more personalised snowman table setting decorations. This decoration is originally designed, laser cut and hand finished by us at Bear & Rose using oak wood veneer.

Any name or double barrelled names, Xmas 2022 Party etc are all fine as we can reduce the font size and engrave 99% of requests

Each Snowman measures approximately 8cm tall x 6.5cm wide x 4mm thick

If names are provided in all lower case we will assume you want a capital letter start unless you confirm you want lowercase. A space or comma in between each name will be appreciated like the example below.

We work very hard to make our little business work and noticed our ideas and techniques are copied a lot by a lot of others. This has forced us to protect the ideas and designs we come up with. This SNOWMAN design is hand drawn by us and now copyrighted. Those that copy/trace our designs or use our photos for a cheaper ripped off version they are selling will receive a letter from our solicitors and reported to our Etsy Manager without warning.

Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping and mail industries have been particularly affected.

Domestic (UK) delivery has now generally returned to normal. We send UK orders using either Royal Mail 1st Class, or DHL Next Day delivery. If you've been waiting a week from dispatch, please get in touch.

For International items, we are still seeing some delays, with US and Canada deliveries being particularly affected and taking up to 6 weeks to arrive. Please get in touch if your international delivery hasn't arrived within 3-4 weeks.

We take great pride in our packaging - and take every precaution to ensure your item arrives to you in perfect condition including layers of air cushioning or tissue paper, custom made protective cardboard and labelling up of “Fragile”.

However the fragile nature of some of our products mean occasionally, beyond our control, damage may occur in transit. It’s really important that any damage is reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery - and photographs of the damaged item with the packaging would be appreciated. Please do make contact within this time period so we can sort a replacement for you as soon as possible.

If you have recently made your order and we haven’t yet made it for you, you can cancel for any reason. Once the item has been made it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns/ refunds are not permitted on customised or personalised items.

We will accept returns of non customised items (geometric animals etc) as long as they are returned in the same condition as sent, unused and at buyers cost. We will issue the refund upon safe receipt of the items.

We always recommend that you ask for a mock up of a name or quote etc before ordering, so you can check you will be 100% happy with how it looks in a particular font.

We offer mock ups free of charge - which are computer images that we can send back to you via messages or email. We would rather ensure that you are completely happy with personalised orders before we go ahead and make it.
