We use Royal Mail to ship all of our orders. Hair Flowers are sent in a shipping box to protect your items and keep weight to a minimum therefore keeping shipping costs as low as possible. UK orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48hr by default but you can upgrade to Royal Mail tracked 24h. International orders are sent international TRACKED - WE NO LONGER SHIP USING AN UNTRACKED SERVICE DUE TO LOSSES AND DELAYS. All overcharges will be refunded.
