You can rest assured that I always use high quality linen woven cotton/100% cotton/ viscose/polyester/chiffon to make my masks. All the items you see in my shop are handmade with care and love in my sewing room at my home.

Shipping:
We ship within 1-3 business days. Most of my items are ready to ship. All mails are shipped with first class unless you purchase priority or express upgrade during checkout.

Return masks?
We love what we do and we want you to love your items. Unfortunately the masks cannot be returned due to hygiene/health reasons during this pandemic. We need to ensure our staff safety as well as our customers' safety. Please message us for any questions before placing an order and we are happy to assist :).

Delivery
We ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be issued a refund less original shipping costs. Free shipping item will be deducted $4 shipping fee per order. We can also resend the returned package with additional shipping fee by creating a custom listing for you to pay. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check that your address is right.
