Where can I find my digital purchases?

Please keep in mind that you cannot download your files on your mobile device, you have to enter your etsy account from your browser then go to "your account" - "purchases&reviews" section. Next to the order, select "download files." Due to the large size of certain files, they have been uploaded to a Google Drive link, which you will find in the download section of your Etsy account, written in a .txt file. Simply copy/paste that link into your browser. To download your HQ files, open each file individually and click the download button in the top right corner. If you cannot locate your order by logging into your Etsy account through a web browser (I usually recommend google chrome), please reach out to me through Etsy messaging.

What if I need a different size for a print?

There will be no additional cost but please reach out to me prior to purchase to verify resize can be done. Please note that any enlargement over the specified sizes will usually cause a loss in the image quality resolution.

Where can I print my digital file?

I highly recommend a professional online print service such as: finerworks.com / mpix.com / posterjack.com But you can also print it at home or at your local/online print shop (affordable prices) such as Smallwoods, Staples, Office Max, Walmart, etc. Then supply jpg file in your desired size to the site you chose. ***Note that colors may look a bit different as seemed on your screen due to different color monitors and printers. Any textures, blur and other effects used in artwork is intentional.

What type of printing paper should I choose?

For the most visually stunning final results we recommend to use thick high-quality paper (80lb / 220gsm or heavier - matte or semi-matte), photo paper, smooth card stock.

Where can I buy large HQ picture frames?

The frames used in our shop listings are product photos, and are not physical frames that are sold. However, the sites listed below offer printing and custom frame services, with beautiful frame collections. michaels.com / frameiteasy.com / framebridge.com You can also find wooden frames at affordable prices on walmart or ikea online. I recommend searching oak wood frames because they are more durable than other types of wood.
