All items are handmade with love, so please keep that in mind when caring for your badge reel! Please only wipe with clean microfiber towel to avoid scratches/blemishes in your resin.

In the rare occasion your item arrives broken, don't worry! All items are shipped with insurance, so please contact me within 48 hours of delivery accompanied by a picture of the damaged item and shipping supplies so I can file an insurance claim and get your new item sent out ASAP! 48 hour time period is based on tracking delivery time. A new item will not be sent until a photo is received of the broken item or the original item is sent back to the seller. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

Personalized item incorrectly made

Your satisfaction is very important to me. If a personalized item is incorrectly made, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost. However, if items are incorrectly made based on incorrect information being provided, these items are non refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please make sure to double check your information.

In the case an item was sent to the wrong address, because of incorrect information given, the order will be reshipped once its returned to the seller. Reshipment costs will be the buyers responsibility. If the address was entered incorrectly because of a mistake by the seller, a new item will be sent at no extra cost.

All badge reels have a free 30 day replacement/repair if your badge reel breaks. This includes the string not retracting or the clip itself breaking. Any type of mechanical malfunction is included in the 30 days. After 30 days it is considered normal wear and tear, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to repair your item. The 30 days starts the day your item is delivered. Please message me with any issues!

This listing is for ONE glittered badge reel with a retractable reel. Such a fun and unique gift for medical professionals, teachers or anyone who is required to wear a badge reel. There are two types of badge reel you can choose from: belt clip or alligator swivel clip.

Buyer may choose glitter color from options in photos. Please add desired glitter number to personalization box. If no glitter number is entered, glitter will match listing photo. Glitter shown is number 72.

BADGE REEL STYLE
-Buyer may choose between permanent or interchangeable placement of the acrylic piece.
The interchangeable style will come with 3M low profile velcro so you can easily change out your acrylic piece.
The permanent style will be glued to the badge reel so it will not come off.
- Choose between an alligator swivel pinch clip or a slide belt clip that allows for clipping onto your scrubs, shirt pocket, belt loop, lanyard, waistline and much more. Both styles come with a 34 inch retractable cord.
-if you choose the “acrylic topper only” selection from the drop down menu, you will only receive the glittered acrylic piece with one piece of velcro attached to the back with NO badge reel.
You may also choose to add 2 beads in coordinating colors to the badge reel string.

- Each acrylic piece is 2 inches and hand glittered in either fine or chunky glitter with permanent vinyl
- Coated in resin to ensure a high quality long lasting finish.

PRODUCT CARE
- Badge reels can be broken if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces. Please handle with care.
- Avoid extreme heat and moisture as this can cause weakening and possible breakage.
- Prolonged exposure to the sun may cause product discoloration
- To clean, wipe with lint free cloth
