- If charm gets dirty clean with a damp cotton swab using WATER ONLY - If the base becomes loose, simply super glue the base onto the charm and allow it to fully dry before wearing. - To safely pop-in a shoe charm, push in only from the center of the charm to apply even pressure. Avoid adding pressure on tiny details (arms, legs, hair, and anything that looks delicate) to keep your charm in the best shape possible. This (Stitch charm) is my 7th charm from Precious and my first in 4 years. Happy to say that my experience with her was just as pleasant and easy as the first time. I messaged her with 3 options and she responded within minutes to let me know which was feasible for this type of charm. She is transparent about her capabilities and takes too much pride in her work to deliver something subpar. Once I placed my order she started working on it right away and finished in a day and shipped immediately. I was a bit hesitant to purchase with the price increase but this charm is much larger, intricate and sturdier than my previous pieces at half the price. If you're on the fence I definitely would recommend this item. Handmade creations are always worth it. Very pleased with my purchase and I cannot wait to show it off.
