I will always process and ship your order as quickly as possible, most of the times in the very same day of your purchase until 5 pm - portuguese GMT time (unless it is saturday or sunday). Orders placed after 5 pm, will only be shipped on the next working day. Our post office works Monday to Friday, with the exception of the 24th, 25th and 26th of December, 31st, 1st and 2nd of January and on local/pubic holidays. Delivery times may be a little longer during those times. Besides these exceptions, delivery times should be the ones mentioned below.

Additionally all the pieces also carry the artisan mark.

Shipping Costs Refunds

While I offer free standard shipping on every purchase, if a parcel is returned due to wrong address, or to being unclaimed / missed pickups by the customer, any refund made will be minus the original shipping cost I incurred. The Portuguese filigree is the ancient art of "golden" the women from the minho region of Portugal, particularly the ones from Viana do Castelo. Filigree is a purely manual art, that requires a very patient work, imaginative and great dexterity from the artisans.
