Every writer knows that at some point, the time will come that they must kill their darlings. Editing can be murder, especially when it means slicing passages of prose that fall off the tongue but don’t work on the page. An enticing blend of pomegranate bitters and brandied pear, this lovely citrus-scented candle will set the tone to help you kill your darlings and edit away.

8 oz. 100% soy wax, hand-poured. Fragrances used are free from carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and other potentially hazardous chemicals. The candle tins are designed with a protective varnish to protect them from direct contact with the fragrance oils. Still, candles with high citrus oils, cinnamon oil, and vanillin content may show some interior discoloration on the tin at some point. If it happens, this discoloration won't affect the burning or scent of the candle.

BURNING INSTRUCTIONS:
Keep candles away from drafts. To prevent tunneling, always keep wick trimmed to ¼". Keep wax pool free of debris. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Allow candles to cool completely before moving or re-lighting. Stop use when there is ¼" of wax remaining in candle tin.

SAFETY WARNING: Tins will become very hot while burning. Always let the wax cool completely before touching or moving candles. Do not burn on heat-sensitive surfaces. Never leave a lit candle unattended, and always burn within sight. Keeps candles out of reach of children and pets. Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable objects.
