-All our wood products come untreated. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE YOUR PRODUCT AROUND WATER OR OUTDOORS, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled.
-Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-Your product will arrive pre-sanded and untreated. It can easily be stained or painted once assembled. All products are wiped down prior to packaging, however, some wood dust may be present upon opening and can easily be cleaned off using a hair dryer or air compressor.
-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-This product is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
-This product is manufactured in Las Vegas, NV.

REFUND POLICY:
All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost in addition to the return shipping cost. However, should your product arrive damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

This bed is amazing. We’re not even finished with the room yet and everyone that sees it has given us compliment after compliment. The assembly was easy as can be, the quality is wonderful, and the overall look is precious. My son is almost 2 and he keeps saying big boy bed. He’s loving it so much and it’s made the bedtime transition fun! I have recommended this company already to so many friends! Great great product!

I reached out to them with a concern after I received our broncho bed, and have yet to hear anything after a week. The item is listed as non-toxic, but the tires are real tires and emit a dangerous level of toxins for our chemically sensitive child. I asked them a simple question as to whether or not the structure would stand on its own without the wheels, and I have heard nothing. My child’s entire room smells like a tire store. This is definitely not the environment I want my child to be sleeping in. The bed is cute, overall, but I would not purchase again due to the off gassing of the tires. **Update- I finally received a response, and am happy with the revision they will make to the description so I changed my review to 4 stars.
