All rings can be re-adjusted to your liking, free of charge. Bracelets and necklaces are subject to nominal fees at our discretion. You will be notified of any fees necessary prior to purchase. All items that are resized not allowed to be returned.

Our layaway plan is interest-free and you don't have to apply or qualify for it. We simply require a minimum 15% down payment. The down payment is subject to change and will be assessed and offered on a case-by-case basis. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly installment payments are available. You can pick and choose your own payment plan to find an option that works for you. Any piece being sold on installment negates any possibility for a full refund. Your order will be shipped to you as soon as it is paid in full.

All orders must be marked as a gift at checkout for your item to be gift wrapped. If you message us directly and request gift wrapping, it will be noted and fulfilled.

All of our gemstone jewelry can be certified by accredited gemology laboratories and institutions, and can be added to the purchase upon request.

Both a certificate of appraisal and third party certificate of authenticity must be requested at checkout or noted via message to be received. We will gladly provide certificates and appraisals, just let us know in advance.

Our shop will gladly accept returns for any items that have not been altered, worn, resized, customized or damaged. Buyers are responsible for any return expenses. Buyers are also subject to return fee's. This includes, but is not limited to, restocking fee's, shipping expenses, and maintenance fee's. We will assess returns on a case by case basis, and we reserve the right to void returns at our discretion.
