Please insure your address is updated BEFORE ordering - we are not responsible for packages lost due to the wrong address given. If you notice your order has the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your order before it ships. Once your order slip is printed and or shipped there is no correcting the mistake.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost, rerouted, stolen and/or undelivered packages. After items leave our hands and are scanned into the USPS system, they are the responsibility of USPS to make sure they arrive at the proper destination safely. If you feel your item is lost and 15 business days have passed since it was scanned into the system (and it does not show as delivered) please contact your local post office to file a missing item claim.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please bring this to our attention within 48 hours of delivery. We will require three (3) or more photos of the damage, including an additional photo of the packaging. We will assess the damage and work with you to find a solution.

Why is my decal showing delivered but it hasn't arrived??

As stated in our shipping notification, if you have opted for "Free Shipping" at checkout, due to the nature of how we ship our decals, Etsy provides an automatic tracking number for your order. Unfortunately, this tracking number is unlike regular tracking numbers. It does NOT always provide the correct location of the package & it is mainly used to show that your order HAS been shipped & is not sitting in our shop. With that being said, USPS likes to mark these delivered premautrely. Due to this issue, we recommend that you wait 3 BUSINESS days from the "date of delivery" to reach out & let me know it hasn't been delivered. Once I see it has surpassed that period, I will be more than happy to send a replacement!
