Custom and personalised orders

You have a limited time of 24 hours to approve a personalised order proof (photograph of what it will look like). If you have not responded I will send it to the printers anyway, to avoid delays. You have 2 weeks to send your personalisation requirements - if I have not received any requests on a personalised item, I will leave the area blank, or default and send it to you anyway. You gave us the wrong address

If you gave the wrong address and your item has been shipped to that address, we do not take responsibility. Nor do we ship a new item to a new address for free. You will need to retrieve your item if you can from the address you gave us. We use a third-party printer who prints and ships the items for us. It is almost impossible to change the address once the order has started processing. If you have made a mistake let us know straight away, but no promises can be made that the address can be updated once the order has been taken.

Where do products ship from?

I'm a designer / illustrator and a printer/s prints and ships my products for me. Products ship from a location closest to you according to availability. E.g. US orders can come from US, CA or Mexico. You are responsible for any customs charges. UK orders are shipped from the UK. I no longer ship from EU to UK or Vice Versa.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
You should only hand wash the all over print recycled high-waisted bikini, bikini top and bikini bottom. Do not use bleach, don't dry clean or tumble dry. You can iron the recycled bikini with a low heat setting.

The images shown are mock-ups of how the product will look when printed. Please note that all monitors and mobile phones are different, and can display colours differently from how they will be printed. Please be aware there maybe some colour variation between what you see on the screen and the item you purchase.

Please note that these images are watermarked with diagonal lines to prevent image theft. These lines will not show up on the print of the item. This will not be on your product.
