What’s included in my digital download purchase?

What frame size should I buy for my print?

Each high-quality design has been carefully scaled to fit a variety of popular frames and paper sizes. Please check the individual item description to confirm what sizes you will receive with your purchase.

Where can I print my digital download?

There are many options! 1) Print at home. 2) Bring to a copy center. (Staples, FedEx, Kinko's, etc.) 3) Send to a photo lab. (Costco, Walgreens, Walmart, etc.) 4) Upload to an online printing service. (Snapfish, Amazon Print, Shutterfly, etc.)

I’m getting an error message on the Etsy App.

Please note that the Etsy app does NOT allow downloads from your mobile phone. A few solutions: 1) You can access the Purchases & Reviews section of your Etsy profile using a browser (instead of the app) by following this link: http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases 2) I can personally email your files to you as an attachment. Just send me a message with your email address so I know where to send it!

My business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM CST. As a stay-at-home mom, these "business hours" are actually the hours my oldest is at school. I do try to respond to messages as quickly as possible, however, if you don't receive a prompt reply, you can expect one within 24 hours. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding!

What do you mean by "Personal Use Only?"

Personal Use is defined as using purchased items in a manner that has no potential monetary gain. In plain English: Feel free to use your printables at home, in your classroom, and as gifts. I only ask that you please do not resell my products.
