Mechanical Engineer Graduation Cap Topper

*** Please read the entire listing before ordering. It includes important information, and it has EVERYTHING you need to be able to order. My turnaround time right now is two weeks. Once it ships it takes 2 to 3 days to get to you.***

**If you request a bow or border that is NOT included on the listing photo, and you do not add them or pay for them through the links below, I WILL NOT ADD THEM. Unfortunately it takes too much time to constantly reach out to ask people to add them. What you see in the listing photo IS INCLUDED in the price.

PLEASE MEASURE YOUR CAP!!!! SIZE: The measurements are approximately 9.5”x9.5". The vast majority of caps are 9.5", but some caps are smaller, such as 9.25" or down to 9". It can also go up to 10". If your cap is smaller or larger, please let me know the dimensions in the Personalization section when you check out. If you have not received your cap yet, you can call the school and ask for the size. Please do not say you have a ‘standard’ cap size – believe it or not standard sizes vary! I will not refund or replace a cap if you have not asked me to cut it smaller.

CHANGES TO SAYING/COLORS: I can easily change the saying or colors of a topper. You just need to leave detailed instructions for me in the Personalization section when you check out! It's no problem at all to mix and match color schemes and sayings.
- It's easiest for you to order the layout of the topper you like best.
- Then just let me know the colors, saying and personal details in the Personalization section.
- If you are ordering the topper exactly like the listing, just say 'no changes' in the Personalization section.
- You can send me a picture in a convo and let me know to refer back to it.
- PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME another artist's cap topper and ask me to replicate it. I will not. I can use a saying or color scheme, but I will not replicate their style.

COMMUNICATIONS: Etsy policy is to keep all communications within the Etsy platform. This policy safeguards both the buyer and seller should there be a problem with an order. Therefore, I cannot contact you by phone or personal email. Please keep all communications with me via the ‘convo’ function. Additionally, if I have to reach out more than three times, and you do not respond, I will have to move forward with what I understand your instructions are.

I cannot guarantee the exact flowers, embellishments, or glitter background in the listing for a design. I can work within a general color scheme based on what you request.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: You will need to apply the topper to your cap with fabric glue once you receive it. You can pick up fabric glue at any craft store or Walmart. There is a hole in the middle of the topper for your button and tassel. Once you put the topper on the hat and have the button and tassel on, you can attach the decoration or punch-out of the circle to the top of the button with pop-dots that I include.

TURN AROUND TIME: My turn around time is 2 weeks from the date of placing the order. Once it ships it takes 2 to 3 days to get to you. During the off season, I can usually get a topper to you sooner. Please reach out to me to confirm I can get it to you sooner. Please DO NOT just leave the date you need it by in the Personalization section without hearing back from me. I may not see the earlier date. I will not cancel or refund an order that is in progress, or has already been sent, for not getting to you in time if you did not get an earlier delivery confirmation from me.
