What if I have an issue with my order?

At BeLdi Country, we proudly stand behind every handmade piece we create. Our commitment doesn’t end when your order arrives. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re always here to help. If anything isn’t right, please contact us through Etsy Messages. We’ll listen carefully and do our very best to find a fair and satisfactory solution. Your trust means everything to us, and we’re committed to earning it with every order.

Custom and personalised orders

Yes! Almost all our creations are handmade to order, and we love bringing your ideas to life. We can customize lamp dimensions, finishes, cord and chain lengths, and other design details to suit your space. Many adjustments are available at no additional charge. For more complex requests, we’ll provide a personalized quote before production. Simply contact us through Etsy Messages. We’ll be happy to discuss your project and find the best solution. Please confirm all customization details before production begins.

We offer a variety of sizes, and most of our handmade lighting can be customized to fit your space. For pendant lights, we can help you choose the appropriate diameter and height for your kitchen island, dining table, or room. Our standard adjustable cord or chain is approximately 1 meter (39 inches), and longer or shorter lengths are available upon request. You can place your order before finalizing the exact hanging length, as the cord or chain is prepared during the final production stage. Please contact us if you need assistance choosing the perfect size.

Our brass and copper creations are made to last with proper care. • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. • Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, and excessive moisture. • Natural brass and copper may develop a beautiful patina over time. • For aged, oxidized, or patinated finishes, avoid polishing products that may remove the original finish. • Clean glass panels carefully with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Always disconnect electrical lighting before cleaning. Our lighting is intended for indoor use or protected covered areas where suitable. It is not rated for direct exposure to rain. If you have questions about caring for your specific finish, we’re always happy to help.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your handmade piece arrives safely. Our lighting is securely protected using appropriate cushioning materials and sturdy packaging. Larger and delicate lamps are usually shipped in protective wooden crates. If your purchase is a gift, please contact us before ordering. We’ll be happy to discuss available gift presentation options. Your order is prepared with the same attention and care that goes into making each piece.

Wholesale availability

Yes! We welcome wholesale orders and collaborations with interior designers, architects, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and other businesses. All our pieces are handmade in our Marrakech workshops, and we can accommodate custom dimensions, finishes, and larger quantities. Wholesale pricing depends on the product, quantity, customization requirements, and destination. Please contact us through Etsy Messages with your project details. We’ll be happy to prepare a personalized quote, including available shipping options.

Yes! We offer tracked international express shipping. Most handmade orders require approximately 1–2 weeks of preparation, followed by an estimated 8–11 business days for shipping, depending on the destination and carrier. For customers in the United States, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties and applicable customs charges are prepaid, so there are no surprise customs fees upon delivery. For EU orders, Etsy may collect VAT at checkout. For other destinations, additional import taxes or customs charges may apply. We provide tracking information once your order has shipped and remain available to assist you throughout delivery.
