DETAILS
- Solid 9ct Rose Gold.
- Stud posts are around 9.5cm in length and 0.8mm in diameter (20G).
- Finished with a high quality polish
- Comes with 1 solid 9ct Rose gold butterfly back per stud.
- Studs are singular, so if you would like a pair you need to order two of the same studs.

SIZING
1. Bar - 4mm in length 1.2mm thickness
2. Triangle - 3.5mm edges
3. Long Bar - 7mm in length 1mm thickness
4. Hexagon - 3-4mm diameter.
5. Semi Circle - 5mm from end to end, 1mm thickness
6. Solid Circle - 4mm diameter
7. Crescent Moon - 5x4mm
8. Open Circle - 5mm (outside) diameter, 0.9mm thickness
9. Square - 3.5mm edges

Please note measurements are approximate.
If you require studs as pairs please order two in the same order so they can be matched for consistency.

SHIPPING
- Some items are ready made so there are lower processing times, if you do need your item quicker please get in touch and I will do my best to dispatch sooner.
- I have my processing times set as 1-5 business days but I will always post at the earliest possible time.
- If you would like to rush your order please contact me.
- If you would like next day delivery (UK only) please select special delivery.
- Our packaging is as eco friendly as possible, we use fully recyclable products where possible.
- UK postage times are usually around 1-2 business days. US postage times are usually around 7-10 business days

RUSH ORDERS
You can upgrade your shipping in your Etsy basket, we offer RM24 which is a business post with delivery confirmation. If you would like your order sooner and with full tracking you can pay £1.50 extra for T24 which is a fully tracked service, generally it is next day but this is not guaranteed particularly during busy periods. If you need your order guaranteed next day delivery you can upgrade to our £5 shipping. Please get in touch before purchasing to check that we are able to process it in time for your deadline - we still have to make and pack each order and sometimes our workload is too busy to fit an extra order in early.

Please do not request quicker processing via 'message to seller' 99% of the time we see this the day before your order is due to be processed, please instead send us a message.
- Earrings are posted in a single box, if you would like extra stud boxes with your order please message me before ordering. Please note there may be an additional charge for extra boxes.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Sorry I do not currently take on custom orders however if you need a slight alteration on one of my products please get in touch and where possible, I will accommodate!

AFTER CARE
-All items in my shop are made with either 925 Sterling Silver or 9ct Gold.
-Jewellery worn in an unhealed piercing will tarnish quickly. In this case you may also notice discolouration of the surrounding skin.
-As most metals will see surface damage when in contact with chlorinated water – it’s best to remove all jewellery when in the swimming pool.
-Keep all of your metal and gemstones well away from domestic cleaning products and avoid contact with things like perfume and hairspray.
-When not worn, store your jewellery in an airtight bag in a dark area. (1 provided with each order)
-The best way to keep your silver jewellery looking great is to wear it, as this stops it oxidising with the air and tarnishing. If it comes into contact with water, dry quickly to avoid stains.
-Yellow gold should be kept in separate boxes or soft pouches to keep it from scratching. Avoid contact with soaps.
-Hoops may lose their shape if opened incorrectly, or through mishandling, please contact me if you would like a free* reshape on any jewellery purchase through The Little Silver Kiln.
-Tarnishing will occur over time and will be quicker if not stored or cared for correctly. Please contact me if you have any questions or require a free* repolish.

*Polish and Shape services occur a fee for postage both ways. The actual process is free of charge. Only available on items which have been purchased from The Little Silver Kiln.
