What commercial uses are allowed for clipart?

Each clipart image that you incorporate into your unique printed, or digital designs can be sold up to 500 times. Please give credit to Lilly Silly Billy for the illustrations. No extra license is required. Lilly Silly Billy images can be incorporated into all your Teachers Pay Teachers and Boom Card products, as well as your Etsy shop or business websites. Licensing is no headache. If a product that you create takes off, and sells more than 500 times you can 'retro-purchase' an extremely affordable license to cover you for all future sales, no worries!

What 'end products' can I produce and sell?

PERMITTED USES - ~ Commercial educational products such as worksheets, classroom activities, flash cards, games, puzzles, videos etc. as sold on Teachers Pay Teachers and Boom Cards. All products must require time and creativity to create, not just consist of a collection of graphics. Please ensure that all images are flattened or secured so that the clipart may not be extracted by the end user. ~ Small business. You may use the clip art for crafted and digital goods that are sold for a profit such as party invitations, cards, clothing, prints, poster and buttons that are sold in your small business store eg. Etsy. ~ Digital products for educational purposes (Teachers Pay Teachers, Boom Cards etc.)

Can I create and sell digital products?

Lilly Silly Billy clipart can be used for the creation of unique digital products. Please ensure that all product files are flattened so that the original clip art cannot be extracted.

Are the rules different for educational products?

Yes! My Lilly Silly Billy designs can be used to create Instant Download products for educational use. An example of this are products created for and sold on Teachers Pay Teachers or Boom Cards. Creating and supplying illustrations for the education of children is a privilege, so teacher authors, go for your life! Large scale producers - please contact Lilly Silly Billy for an affordable enhanced license.

Custom and personalised orders

Re-selling original clipart is not allowed. Copying clipart to produce more clipart is not allowed. Altering or re-coloring clipart is not allowed. Thank you so much for your care and respect! :)
