Bloomsy adhesives may not fully adhere to: - surfaces covered in washable paint (latex, acrylic), - rough, bumpy or slightly textured walls, - newly painted walls (it is recommended to wait 3 weeks). Please remember - removable material can be applied and removed multiple times; however, it works with solid surfaces (with no cracks or old-paint-bubbles visible). It's important to clean the wall with a dry cloth to remove any dust.

First step after receiving a product

Once you receive the package, make sure that the material is free of flaws. Place the wallpaper on a clean surface, and check if the panels match one another in correct sequence. Please, bear in mind that after installation, so once the product is used, I am unable to deal with any complaints.

As a seller, I can't take any responsibility for wrongly addressed packages [because customer entered a wrong address]. Please, make sure that the address provided while placing the order is correct. Please, send me your phone number while placing the order, so we can avoid any delivery delays. :) Delivery information Fedex: GB Customs has the right to hold the shipment for up to 30 days prior to providing an update.

I am sorry dear customers, but I am not responsible for any customs fees. Please make sure to check if you qualify for extra customs fee, so you know what will be the total cost of the product.

Unfortunately, my products just imitates gold, it's not a metallic paint. Bear in mind, that the colors of the final prints may slightly differ from those you see on the monitor. Note: If you want to order another panel, the colors may vary slightly due to a different print batch.

The scale shown in the visualization may be slightly different from the scale, which the pattern will be printed. Product dimensions may vary +/- 2%.

I offer returns for standard orders that do not exceed 1500USD. Message me within 14 days of delivery before returning the item, so I can provide you details. Ship items back within 30 days of requesting a return. The shipping return of purchase is at the customer's expense. Custom orders (with colors, size or any other modification) do not apply to this policy. Shop wisely, as they cannot be returned. In case of a complaint, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and send a photo of the issue. Complaints submitted after 30 days of receiving the package will not be taken under the consideration. Also, if you decide to use/install your item before checking if it's free of flaws, the compaint will not be taken under the consideration.
