Custom and personalized orders

Most of our products can be engraved with names, monograms, dates, coordinates, or business logos. For logo engraving, please upload an SVG, PNG, or DXF file through Etsy messages or email it to info@forgedtimbercompany.com We send a proof for approval before engraving for all logo engraving and cutting boards. For lake coasters, we do NOT provide a proof for approval unless specified after the order is placed.

What materials do you use?

We primarily work with walnut, maple, cherry, and other hardwoods. We also engrave and/or personalize slate, glass, acrylic, plywood, and metal. Epoxy-filled products use high-quality Superclear Epoxy, and wood items are finished with professional-grade oils from General Finishes. We sell SuperClear and General Finishes products, as well.

Are all items made in-house?

All wood items are designed, cut, assembled, sanded, finished, and engraved in-house at our workshop. Products such as slate and glass coasters are engraved in-house but not manufactured by us.

Do wood products vary in color or grain?

Yes. Wood is a natural material, so every piece will have unique grain patterns, tones, and small variations. This is part of the character and beauty of handcrafted hardwood products

Do you accept custom orders or special requests?

Absolutely! We can create custom designs, lake maps, engraved artwork, epoxy-filled pieces, business branding items, and more. We also offer bulk and corporate orders. Message us with your idea and we’ll be happy to help.

For all wood products, hand wash or wipe clean only. Do not submerge wood products in water. Reapply a food-safe oil occasionally to maintain luster and protection.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our items are personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately — we are always happy to help make it right.

Can you engrave my handwriting or a signature?

Yes — as long as the image is high resolution. Message us to check your file.
