Yes, we do custom orders! CARDS: - Custom messages and slight changes on any of our current cards are $5.00. - Custom Illustrations or new cards are $10-$15 (depending on the detail of the illustration). - Custom messages inside the cards are $2.50 extra. STICKERS: - Custom text & slight changes on any of our current stickers are $5-$10 - Custom Illustrations or new stickers are $10-$25 for the Illustration (depending on how detailed) + our typical cost per stickers 1 inch = $1.50 ea. 2 inch = $2.50 ea. 3 inch = $3.50 ea. 4 inch = $5.50 ea. Please message me before you place an order and I can create something custom for you ♡

DIGITAL FILES: Yes, we can issue you a refund if there has been a mistake, but only if the purchased files have not been downloaded yet. STICKERS: We do not accept returns or refunds for stickers. If your order has not shipped yet and you notify us before we start on your order we do accept cancelations :)

Can you email me digital download files?

We do not email our digital downloads directly to you. However, Etsy will send you an email with a download link for your files immediately after you purchase them. Also you can find your files under the recently purchased section on Etsy. From there you will be able to download them as well :)
