Do you sell the actual helmets/armor/props shown in the listing photos?

No. I only sell the templates and instructions on how to make the items.

How do I get my digital download file after I've placed my order?

Etsy will automatically send you an email that includes a link to download your digital files. Please check the email address you have on file with Etsy for the email containing the link to download your digital files. Although Etsy's process is automatic, it may take the email 5-10 minutes to arrive. Please be patient. If you don't see it within a few minutes after purchase, please confirm the email address on your Etsy account is correct. Also please check your Spam folder. If you still don't see it, you can log in to your Etsy account, click on your profile picture in the top right hand corner, scroll down to Purchases & Reviews and the link will be there.

PDF files must be opened viewed with a PDF reader program. Luckily almost all computers have Adobe Reader software already installed. If your device doesn't not have a PDF reader, you'll need to download one to view the PDF files. Adobe Reader is a free PDF reader software. You can download it here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

Can I get a refund on the digital files?

Etsy policy states that due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, they are not eligible for refunds. I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
