The customer purchased 2 sets of these boxes, which were delivered to her on time. She then stated that these boxes were unacceptable to her, since she now wanted a change in the wording/writing on the boxes. I told her that boxes with personalized wording on them were non-returnable, and to try and ease her situation, I offered to send her labels with the new wording for a nominal fee of $10, inclusive of of $6 shipping to the USA. The customer then expected me to do it for $5, assuming it was perfectly fine to demand additional work of me at no cost. The package was shipped to her, which has got stuck in US customs. For this, the customer has left a 1-star review on the previous order that was delivered to her successfully, saying "Poor support", which is completely misleading.
