Each piece is made to order using a technique known as Agateware. This process combines multiple colored clay bodies into one form that creates a marbled effect. Each piece wheel thrown, trimmed, lightly sanded before firing, and finished with a clear glaze to seal and allow the contrasting striations to pop.
Interior and outer rims are finished with a teal, glossy, translucent glaze.

Because each piece is unique in it’s patterning, your cups will be unlike any others available. Size, weight, and form will remain consistent. All cups will have variations of black and blue marbling, black handles, and a matching teal glazed saucer.
