🎀 PACKAGING

This Lunamise product is plastic-free! All pins are sent on a backing card and shipped in an eco-friendly bubble mailer or cardboard postal box (depending on the size of your order). They are also sent in a biodegradable glassine bag for added protection during transit. Backing cards and thank you cards are printed on recycled cardstock, and even our packaging stickers and labels are made from paper rather than vinyl! Please pop any shipping materials into your recycling bin if possible.

📦 SHIPPING

Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 to UK customers and Royal Mail International Standard (untracked) for orders sent outside the UK. US orders (except HI and AK) will be sent via USPS which will mean limited tracking will be available at no extra cost once those orders are scanned in the US. If you are based outside of the UK and you require full door-to-door tracking on your order, please choose Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed at checkout.

Shipping delays continue to affect international deliveries and are unfortunately not within my control. Please bear in mind the below approximate shipping times (the estimate does not include processing time, and applies after you have received your dispatch email):
UK: 1-2 weeks
USA: 2-4 weeks
Europe: 2-5 weeks weeks
Everywhere else: 3-8 weeks
