I can't find my files. HELP!

WE CAN HELP! Phone/Tablet: You can't download through the Etsy App. 1. Use a browser (Firefox, Safari, Chrome) and google 'Etsy' 2. When prompted to move to the Etsy App, press 'Cancel' 3. Go to 'Purchases & Review' in your profile menu. 4. Click on the product you'd like to download 5. Click 'Download Files' Computer/Laptop: Log into your Etsy Account and follow the same instructions as above. If using icons, airdrop or email your phone your desired icons. If you still are having trouble, please send me a message, More than happy to help you!

You guys don't quite have the colors or design that I really want. Do you create customized sets?

YES! We love growing our collection and even more love your suggestions. Please send us a message and we can create a custom listing for you with whatever colors and/or designs you'd like! Please note: Some of our products come with free custom color palettes. If you purchase those products the customized palette will be for FREE.

Can I use your icons if I have an Android device?

YES! Our icons can be used on android devices as well as iOS! If you have any issues using them on your device, send us a message and we will help you!

Can I use your desktop organizers if I use Windows?

OF COURSE! Our desktop wallpapers and folders can be used on iMac, Macbooks and Windows. If you have any problems installing or using your products, please send us a message or email us: support@aystudios.io.

I like the variety that this bundle has. I was a little disappointed because the colour scheme that I decided to go with didn’t have multiple versions of some apps. For example, I use the Apple Mail app and also the Gmail app so it would’ve been nice if there were two versions of the email app icon. It’s seems like each colour scheme has a lot of the standard apps (iOS). Overall, I really like this bundle. There’s so many different options and realistically not every app you use will have an available icon so you have to make do. This really elevated the way my ipad looks!
