What is Uptown Girl Gallery?

Uptown Girl Gallery is a small Wisconsin woodworking shop that creates handmade wooden home organization products designed to help customers reduce clutter and create a more calm, organized space. Our collection includes jewelry organizers, earring holders, bracelet holders, necklace wall hooks, entryway organizers, key holders, book shelves, cookbook stands, jean shelves, and children's jewelry storage solutions. Every item sold by Uptown Girl Gallery is handmade by me (Holly) in my small Wisconsin woodworking shop. Each piece is carefully crafted using quality materials and attention to detail.

What are the features and benefits of Uptown Girl Gallery's book holders?

A book holder from Uptown Girl Gallery offers a beautiful, functional way to keep your current read close at hand. My handmade solid wood book holders come in freestanding styles—ideal for a cozy reading nook, Bible study, or displaying a favorite book—and wall-mounted options that keep books within easy reach for nighttime reading while saving bedside space. Unlike thin laser-cut alternatives, our book holders are crafted from solid wood for a sturdy, substantial feel built for everyday use. Each design includes a real leather loop for storing reading glasses alongside your book. Whether by the bed, in a reading nook, or for study, these holders keep your book and glasses organized, accessible, and ready whenever you are.

Depending on the product, custom options may include different sizes, hook quantities, colors, stains, finishes, and other modifications. I regularly create custom jewelry organizers, earring holders, necklace storage, book holders, wall organizers, and other handmade wooden organization pieces. If you have a specific space or organization problem you're trying to solve, feel free to reach out to see what's possible.

What is the style of the Uptown Girl Gallery line of products?

Uptown Girl Gallery products have a warm, rustic farmhouse style with simple lines, natural wood character, and functional designs. Many pieces also work beautifully with cottage, Western, modern rustic, country, and cozy home decor. Rather than choosing between organization and style, my goal is to create handmade storage pieces that become part of your home's decor while helping reduce everyday clutter. At Uptown Girl Gallery, I believe in creating calm, one organized space at a time.

What are the benefits of using a cookbook stand from Uptown Girl Gallery?

A cookbook stand from Uptown Girl Gallery keeps your cookbook upright, open to your recipe, and safely out of the mess of a busy countertop while you cook. Each stand is handmade from solid wood in my small Wisconsin woodworking shop and includes a real leather loop designed to conveniently hold your reading glasses right alongside your cookbook. No more searching for your glasses when it’s time to read the fine print of a favorite recipe! This unique feature combines cookbook storage, display, and everyday convenience in one functional handmade piece for your kitchen.

Where are Uptown Girl Gallery products made?

All Uptown Girl Gallery products are handmade in Wisconsin, USA. Each piece is individually crafted in my home woodworking shop rather than mass-produced in a factory.

What is an Uptown Girl Gallery jean shelf and how does it work?

An Uptown Girl Gallery jean shelf is a handmade wooden wall organizer designed to store and display jeans vertically, keeping your denim visible, organized, and easy to grab. Available in multiple sizes, each shelf uses sturdy hooks to securely hold jeans on the wall instead of folding them in drawers. By utilizing unused vertical wall space in a bedroom, this wall-mounted jean organizer helps free up drawer and closet space while keeping jeans neatly arranged and accessible. Its solid wood construction also adds a warm, Western-inspired aesthetic, making it both a practical storage solution and a decorative feature. It’s a simple way to organize jeans without folding while turning your denim collection into part of your room's decor.

What makes Uptown Girl Gallery different from mass-produced organizers?

Unlike factory-made products, every organizer from Uptown Girl Gallery is handmade with care. Customers appreciate the craftsmanship, quality materials, rustic farmhouse style, and the ability to request custom sizes and colors that fit their homes.

How can an entryway organizer from Uptown Girl Gallery reduce clutter?

An Uptown Girl Gallery entryway organizer helps reduce clutter by giving everyday essentials a designated place right where you need them. Our handmade wooden entryway organizers are multifunctional pieces designed to keep mail, keys, sunglasses, reading glasses, and other small accessories organized, visible, and easy to grab on your way out the door. Instead of searching for misplaced keys or glasses during a busy morning, everything has a convenient home in one wall-mounted organizer. By taking advantage of vertical wall space and keeping frequently used items off countertops and tables, an entryway organizer can make your morning routine feel less chaotic and frantic — and a little more calm, organized, and effortless.
