Pen and ink drawing
Allow me to sketch your house in ink, creating custom, had drawn artwork for you, or a unique gift for anyone you care about.
Our homes hold a special place in our hearts. They are a reminder of where we've been and what we've achieved, and hold many memories.
All renderings are created by hand, by me, resulting in a truly personal art piece. All materials used are archival and will last for generations.

Watercolor painting
Work is produced from photographs. Please mail or email (jpeg please). If possible, please supply several, since details are apparent in different views, and be sure to point out those details most important to you. Unnecessary objects such as power lines can be removed. Trees and other landscaping may also be removed, (or added) or the size or shape changed to better show the home.
Painting does not come framed or matted. Ready for framing. Your satisfaction is important to me. Before mailing I will email a scan for you to review at which time we can make desired changes.

PROCESS TIME:
Drawing / painting time is generally about 7 - 14 days plus shipping, longer at the holidays. If time is a concern please let me know and I give you a more definite date. Drawings / paintings are not begun until order is placed.

CUSTOMISATION: Any art work can be personalized with a name, initials, date, your wishes or add quote. Just write me in convo (only on Etsy, please don’t use my email) or in 'Note to Seller’ box at checkout. No extra charge!

8 x 10 and + sizes are mailed in a plastic sleeve, inside a tube mailer.
We don't provide decorative frames.
