one if the pieces got damaged in the process of unwrapping the parts (or shoddy delivery service) and the seller graciously replaced at no cost. I will buy from this seller again in the future. note: some of the parts (on this model in particular) are a quite thin due to the high quality and detail so handle parts with care when removing from packaging as they are well packed to minimize damage as best as the seller can.
