The item is excellent quality but the cover had a crease which was particularly noticeable but was there and may have been caused in transit. A quick message and the item was replaced immediately.....fantastic service. The planner was received with great delight. Thoroughly recommend.

I wanted a top quality wedding planner for my upcoming marriage to my top quality man and I am delighted with my purchase. It arrived elegantly boxed and wrapped. The cover and pages are luxurious and pleasing to the touch. What initially attracted me to this planner was the versatility of the categories and its adaptability for two widows planning a second wedding. I’m in the US and the British company reps did an excellent job answering my questions about shipping process. Recent tariff changes are not friendly for global shippers. I ordered on Dec 15 2025. My package spent Dec 20-30 in US Customs including Christmas holiday. It arrived January 2 2026 a couple days later than estimated but so well worth the wait! Highly recommend this company and this product. I will be back to Scribble &. for future purchases!
