How many pieces are included in my order?

Please check the listing description and the pack size you select. Quantities vary by product, and some listings offer several set sizes. Styled photos may show more than one set or include display props. If you are unsure, send us the listing link and we will help you choose.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure the doorway, window, wall or table you want to decorate, then compare it with the measurements in the listing. Toran width and garland length vary by item. Need a hand? Send us the listing link and your measurements.

Are your flower garlands made with real flowers?

Our flower garlands are artificial, not fresh flowers. Please check each listing for its materials, length and included pieces so you can choose the right decoration for your space.

Can I choose a color or a matching set?

Choose from the color options shown in the listing. If an item is sold in assorted colors or patterns, the listing explains how the assortment works. Photos and screens can show colors differently. If you need a particular shade or want pieces that coordinate, message us before ordering so we can check the options.

Do you offer free shipping in the USA?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the USA. Please check the estimated delivery shown on the listing for your address. For delivery outside the USA, check the options and shipping cost shown at checkout.

Will my decorations arrive before my event?

Please check the estimated delivery on the listing before ordering. If your event is coming up soon, send us the listing link, quantity, event date and ZIP code. We can check availability and discuss the delivery options with you. Delivery dates are estimates, so please leave extra time for your celebration.

Can you help with larger orders or coordinating decorations?

Of course! Send us the listing links, quantities, preferred colors, event date and ZIP code. We will check what is available and help you plan your decorations. Some listings offer larger packs or buy-more-save-more options; choose the pack that suits your event.

Can I return, exchange or cancel my order?

Most listings accept returns and exchanges, but some do not. Please check the policy on the specific listing before ordering. If your item is eligible, contact us and ship it back within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and any loss in value, as agreed with us, if the item is not returned in its original condition. We do not accept order cancellations. Please message us if you have a problem with your order.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or something is wrong?

Please contact us through Etsy using Help with order on your Purchases page. Tell us what happened and include clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect, including the packaging if it is relevant. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
