Custom and personalised orders

You can personalize most of our books with a name on the cover and dedication page. Personalized Birthday Interview Books can be customized to begin at any age from 1 to 10. This avoids blank pages at the start of the book for older children just beginning their book. All custom orders are non-refundable, and require 1-2 weeks for printing and processing before they are shipped. A mock-up of your custom book cover can be emailed to you for your approval on request.

Items shipped in Canada

Shipping times vary, please see individual items for details. All items are shipped via UPS or Purolator. Once shipped, items typically reach the destination within 4 to 6 business days. All items include tracking.

Items shipped to the USA

All items purchased by US customers are shipped via UPS from a partner print shop in the United States. This means that your items are not subject to customs and duties. Shipping times vary, please see individual items for details. Shipped items typically reach the destination within 5 to 10 business days. All items are shipped with tracking.

Items shipped internationally

International shipping is available to most countries. Items will be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks from time of purchase. All items are shipped with tracking. Shipped items typically reach the destination within 2 to 3 weeks depending on location and time spent in customs. We cannot refund items due to delays that occur in the shipping or customs process.

The Joyful Life Company cannot guarantee shipping times under any circumstances. We always do our best to ensure that packages are shipped promptly. However, once a package leaves our hands it is out of our control. No refunds will be issued due to delays in packages reaching their destination. Thank-you for your understanding.

Returns and exchange details

As items are printed for each customer, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if we have made an error or there is a defect in our product, please notify us within one week of receiving your order via Etsy convo or email (thejoyfullifeco@gmail.com) and we will correct it! We want you to feel JOYFUL about your purchase.

What do you recommend for writing in the books and adding photos?

We find that a super-fine or fine-tip gel pen works perfectly! To adhere photos to pages, double sided tape or adhesive tabs for scrapbooking work well.
