How long it takes to arrive in the USA

All of our USA parcels are shipped with a tracking service. Typically, it takes 7 to 15 working days for them to arrive, though this is not guaranteed. After dispatch, please allow 5-7 working days for your order to reach the USA. Once it arrives, the tracking number will be registered in the USPS postal system. If you do not receive your item by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

How long it takes for my order to be ready for delivery

All our products are handmade to order from start to finish in my cozy studio in Norfolk, UK. Our current processing time is around 10-15 working days

What is your returns policy?

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, should you wish to return your purchase you will receive a refund when returning your order within 30 days upon receipt of purchase. All orders returned in full within the first 14 days after receipt of purchase will have the delivery charge refunded but not the postage on returns. If you paid for upgraded shipping ,only the standard postage will be refunded. To obtain a full refund please return the goods in the original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery. It is entirely your choice which postal service to use when returning your order. However, we recommend a recorded delivery service for your protection and to obtain proof of postage. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse goods lost in transit.

My package is marked delivered, but I don't have it! Can I get a refund?

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location. Unfortunately, if the package is marked as delivered, refunds will not available. Please check with your neighbours or local post office and/or file a police report in case this happens.

Tracking information said they cannot deliver my item and has returned to seller. Can I get a refund?

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a valid address. If you missed the delivery, you will need to arrange re-delivery or pick up from local post office. We do not offer refunds on forced return orders.

Love these designs, dog looks so cute! However this is my second one as the buckle rusted in 6 months; with this one I got a plastic buckle so that should be much better although the collar ring is slightly rusting already. Why not use stainless metal? If your dog likes swimming and is happy to walk in the rain then definitely go for the plastic buckle.
