This item looks fantastic and is made with good quality. It's thick and heavy and hid to use on chilly days. I ordered given my measurements but its a bit too big. It was not made accurately to my size. Customer service was ok until I received my item and requested a exchange with a correct fit and then never heard back from the seller.
