Gift wrapping and packaging

Packaging • After purchase, your order will be carefully prepared for shipping. • The product will be placed in a beautiful beige linen bag with the Be Felt Wool logo. Instructions for caring for felt products and a small compliment. Then all this will be placed in a standard mailbox. • If you have special requests, please contact us. Gift wrapping • I am always happy to make something just for you. You will receive a link to your listing with all the agreed details and the price. And as a result, you will have a unique product created just for you. I have never remade it for someone else.

I have no PayPal account. Can I pay with credit card?

Other Wool items • Hand wash at 30°C or 86°F using mild soap. • Dry by wringing the product out in a dry towel. • Iron on the "wool" setting (medium heat) • Carefully remove the pellets with a special machine or razor. It is not recommended to wash in a washing machine.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges • Returns only 14 days • Refunds are processed after the item is delivered back to me in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. • When you return the item, you should mark the custom form with "Returned goods" and under the column for "Value" you should write "N/A" (Non Applicable). If you don't mark this correctly, I could be charged extra by Customs.
