All orders are sent out with Royal Mail unless discussed otherwise. Most parcels are being delivered on time, but some are still delayed.
The timeframes offered by Etsy and Royal Mail are ESTIMATED and therefore not guaranteed.
As standard, orders are dispatched using 2nd Class, but there is the option to upgrade to 1st Class at check out.
I highly recommend that if you need an item for a specific date in the near future, to upgrade to 1st Class.
Once the order has left me, unfortunately I have no control over delivery times.
Royal Mail do not consider anything lost until 10 working days after the due date for both 1st and 2nd Class post.
Personalised items cannot be refunded due to their nature - so in the rare event that a personalised item should go missing in the post, a replacement will be sent out. No refunds will be offered.
Similarly, no refund will be offered for non-personalised items that arrive late unless the item is returned to me first.
Once I receive the return, I can then issue a refund minus the postage fees.
