When will my order be shipped?

Most products are usually dispatched within 1 - 4 working days from payment date. Custom Framing generally takes 2 weeks to dispatch. Please note during peak periods October – December delays may occur however we will notify you of any production delays.

Custom and personalised orders

We can make our picture frames to any size. Please message us for a quote. Let us know the style of frame you like, your image size, if you would like a border - we offer black or white, and your delivery post code.

Will my frames or homeware items match the picture I see?

Colour, Nail holes, knots and timber grain will vary with each frame due to the nature of the recycled timber. Please keep an open mind when ordering our products.

Our "Original Oiled" style frame is where our journey started many years ago at Mulbury and to some of our most discerning customers, it's still the true Mulbury frame.

Made from post consumer recycled Australian wood, the "Original Oiled" has the warmth of various tones such as honey brown, medium brown and dark brown. Each frame is unique in appearance so we kindly ask customers to keep an open mind when ordering.

Features:

- Frame made to house an image for the dimensions stated (in inches)
- Frame width approx 40mm
- This frame comes with the option to stand freely on a desk. Just insert the small piece of timber into the groove in the back of the frame.
- All frames have the ability to hang Portrait or Landscape with a metal clip
- Materials include perspex, recycled timber, flexi-clips & backing board
- Please note colour, grooves, knots and holes vary with each picture frame due to the nature of our recycled timber
