Holiday Cut-off Schedule

As you shop for the holidays in 2024, please keep the following holiday cut-off dates in mind: • Halloween: October 10,2025 • Thanksgiving: November 10, 2025 • Christmas: December 7, 2025 • New Year's: December 8 2025 Please understand, that during the busy holiday season, there's always the possibility of orders arriving late due to shipping delays through USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We do our very best to ensure your order has shipped with plenty of time to arrive. However, once your order has left our studio, we cannot control when it will be delivered. Although our cutoff dates allow ample time for shipping, we do ask that you order as early as possible to alleviate any stress due to shipping delays.

Do You Offer Custom Orders

Custom orders are always welcome! If you do not find what you are looking for please contact us since we're delighted to fulfill personalized requests. Keep in mind that a "Request Custom Order" button is on the left-hand side of the page (for desktop users) where you can furnish further details about the item you desire. Nevertheless, please note that this button is not presently accessible on mobile devices

What if I enter the wrong address at checkout?

During checkout, it's important to verify that the address on the order is correct. If the package is mailed to an address verified by USPS but later returned due to an incorrect address, I will promptly contact you to obtain an updated address. The buyer will be subject to a remailing charge, regardless of whether you initially paid for shipping or used a "free shipping" promotion, to have the package resent to the correct address; this charge must be paid BY THE BUYER before the package is re-shipped!

When should I expect my order to be shipped?

The estimated delivery date depends on the processing time on the listing, the shipping speed selected & the transit time. Keep in mind, that these dates are approximate and are automatically generated by ETSY & USPS. While they are often accurate, there can be variations. Note: the provided dates represent a range of possible arrival dates, your order may occasionally arrive after the latest date. If there are changes to the delivery date, it could be due to unforeseen circumstances or delays along the route your package is traveling. Refunds will not be issued in cases where your package arrives after the expected arrival date due to delivery issues beyond the seller's control. No refund for refused packages returned to seller.

Custom and Personalized Items

Please note; most items in my store are personalized, made to order, and processed in the order in which they are received. Production times vary by listing, so to find the expected ship date, scroll down to the listing description. Need a rush order? Before purchasing contact me to discuss if a rush order is possible and the best shipping options. To avoid shipping delays and to ensure your order is shipped promptly, we do not offer design proofs at this time.

Damaged or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for post office errors including misdirected packages, packages that have been marked delivered or that may have been stolen when shipped to the the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. If this happens, contact your local post office. If you believe your package has been stolen, notify your local post office and file a police report. If your order is received damaged, contact us immediately to allow us time to work with the shipping carrier to investigate the cause of damage and file a claim for reimbursement when necessary!

Due to the handmade nature of my business, unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations as all items are handmade, made to order, or often personalized for your event or holiday! All sales are FINAL once you have made your purchase. If I have made an error with your order, I will make every effort to correct the mistake to the best of my ability. Whether that means offering a refund, partial refund, or reshipping your order, it will be at MY discreation. As always, BEFORE making a purchase, please reach out with your questions, as I am more than happy to help. After all, I want all my customers to be happy with their purchaes.
