CUSTOM REQUESTS:
I currently do not accept custom requests, including any edits or changes to existing designs. Additionally, I don’t offer conversions from PNG to SVG format.

DIGITAL FILE DELIVERY:
This is a digital file only, and no physical item will be shipped. Your digital file will be automatically emailed to the address linked to your Etsy account. If you don’t receive the email, you can access your file through your Etsy purchase history. Please remember, downloads are accessible from a browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.), they are not accessible through the Etsy App.

FILE DETAILS:
- Files are provided as high-quality 300 dpi PNGs with a transparent background.
- Images are created with an RGB color profile, perfect for sublimation. For DTF or DTG projects, you may need to convert to a CMYK color profile using software like Photoshop or Illustrator. Please note, colors may vary slightly after conversion.
- "Add Your Own" images are designed for you to personalize using your preferred software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Inkscape, Picmonkey, or Canva. Personalization is not included in our listings.
- PNG files are not cut files (SVG) and will not be converted into cut files.
- Cricut Design Space Users: Please resize your images in software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Inkscape, Picmonkey, or Canva before uploading. Resizing within Cricut Design Space may lead to quality loss.

TERMS OF USE:
- Digital Resale Prohibited: All files and design components from The Blank Pineapple may not be digitally resold.
- No Alterations: Files should be used in their original format, though you can add a name or monogram. Do not duplicate or create similar items to bypass these policies.
- Usage Limits: Files are for personal and limited commercial use, with up to 100 allowed sales.
- No Sharing or Gifting: Files may not be gifted, shared, or resold.
- No Printed Transfers: Files cannot be used to create printed transfers, such as screen prints, sublimation, HTV, or DTF.
- No 3rd Party Printing Services: Files cannot be used with third-party services like Printify, Printful, etc.

SUPPORT:
I’m here to help with any questions regarding the file itself but do not provide technical support. When purchasing a digital download, it’s expected that you’re familiar with downloading and using the image for your project.
