How long will it take for my order to come?

We will send out your package in 1-2 business days after you place your order, it will then take around 2-3 days to arrive. So expect it to arrive around 5 days after you place your order :)

My slime has gone sticky, how do I fix it?

To fix your sticky slime, use the included borax powder and follow the instructions. The slime should be good as new! If you are having problems with it, please let us know and we will help you.

Why has my slime gone hard?

Slime will go hard if it is left outside of its container and exposed to air, if this is the case then please feel free to message us for help!!

Is your slime sanitary?

We take extra precaution when making and packaging our slimes. We wash our hands between every slime and order that we make.

Do you give out extras?

Yes, we do! We include extras in every order as a way of saying thank you. The bigger the order, the more extras that you get. These extras come in "goodie" bags with each order. This includes a business card, borax, sweets, stickers, and toys. Orders that are dispatched late will also get a free slime (you will be notified if this applies to you).
