🔹 Direct Engraving
• Engraved directly onto the urn (not available for some wooden urns).
• Note: Direct engraving is permanent and non-returnable.

🔹Metal Plate (Gold or Black)
• Available for wooden urns and trophy-style urns.
• Comes with double-sided tape so you can place it wherever you'd like.
• We do not pre-attach the plates to avoid damage during shipping.

🔹Hanging Tag (Adult Urns Only)
• Elegant engraved tag that hangs around the neck of an adult-sized urn.
• Available in pewter, black, or gold.

💬 Font Options (for plates & tags):
• Baskerville – classic, serif font (like Times New Roman)
• Monotype Corsiva – script-style, elegant & flowing
• If you'd like a specific font and it’s not listed, just leave a note at checkout!

🎨 Custom Artwork & Photos
• We offer stock designs as well as custom photo engraving for adult urns and some keepsake urns.

📦 Shipping Info
• Items can ship in 1-2 business days if ordered by 2pm central standard time. Engraved items can be provided a proof, IF REQUESTED!
• Ships from the Midwest, USA..

🚚 Packaging Notes:
• Items with metal plates or appliqués will have them packaged separately to prevent scratching in transit.
• We are not responsible for weather-related shipping delays.
• For out-of-stock items, please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery.

🔁 Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations are only accepted before the item has been engraved or shipped.
• If your item arrives damaged or you're not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds are issued once the item is returned, minus a 15% restocking fee.

⚠️ Important Return Info:
• Used items (ashes inside) or items with direct engraving cannot be returned.
• We can accept returns for urns with engraved plates or tags, but engraving fees are non-refundable.
• We’re unable to issue return labels for Canadian or international orders at this time.
