How long will it take to receive my order?

Each item may have a different processing time, which is listed under the “Shipping & Policies” tab, under the picture. I do my best to ship as promptly as I can. At checkout, you are able to choose either First Class, Priority, or Priority Express shipping. These shipping options will effect the actual shipping speed, not the time it takes me to make your item.

Is there any way I can get my order faster?

When possible, I do offer a RUSH service, for an added fee. This service is only available to orders shipping to the US, and it ONLY guarantees that I will ship in the timeframe that it promises. I CANNOT promise that the USPS will deliver on time. All RUSH orders must be pre-approved by me, via Etsy Convo.

How do I let you know what names I want stamped on my necklace?

There will be a personalization box on the listing page to enter your text, or you can use the box at checkout, labeled “Add an optional note to the seller”.

Can I have something different stamped?

Yes! Just send a convo, and we can discuss what you would like, and make sure it will fit.

This item is a gift, can you include a card?

If you mark the order as a gift, you are given the option to type in a note, and it will be printed out and included with the order.

Do you do custom designs?

Yes! I love working with my customer to create just what you are looking for! Send me a Convo, and we can chat about what your needs. It is helpful if you take a look around the shop first, to get a feel for what we have to offer, and the kind of elements you might want included in your design.

Can I change the shipping address that I used at checkout?

Items are shipped to the address you provided at the time of your order via Etsy. If sending as a gift please change the address in Etsy AND Paypal. If you forgot to do this, please contact me immediately, but if I do not see the message before I print the shipping label, I will not be able to make the change. Also, because the address in the system cannot be edited until I actually print the postage, there is a chance that I may forget to change it, even if we have communicated about the change. Because of this, I would rather cancel an order, and have you reorder with the correct address. If you do not, you run the risk of having your order sent to the wrong address, and you will be charged to reship.

What else do I need to know about shipping?

All items are shipped First Class Mail via USPS, unless an upgrade to Priority or Priority Express is selected at checkout. Once an order ships, we are not responsible for items lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected by the postal service. However if you ever encounter a delivery issue please let us know ASAP so we can help track it down! If a package is returned back to us for insufficient address the buyer is responsible for reshipping fees and must provide an alternate shipping address.

This stainless steel wrench shaped cremation urn ring and necklace combo can be worn together on the chain, or can be divided into two separate pieces. It includes a sterling silver tag, hand stamped with up to 3 characters of your choice. It also includes a crystal birthstone.
This remembrance necklace makes a beautiful memorial to someone you've lost, and is suitable for both men and women.
The chain is a 28" stainless steel ball chain.

Only one side of the tag can be stamped. If you need additional tags, please convo me before ordering.

It also includes a small funnel and instructions. Please follow instructions carefully, BEFORE WEARING. Failure to do so could result in the loss of urn and/or ashes!
I include ONE kit per order, which can be used multiple times. You will need superglue.

With the exception of the vials and bullet shaped urns, the urns will hold just a bit of ash, ranging from the equivalent of about 2-6 grains of rice. The urn is not completely hollow.

Components will wear over time, and rough use will speed this process. Metal scratches, fasteners weaken, etc. Please take care of your keepsakes, and understand that they should be treated, used, and worn with care. What I received absolutely met my expectations and matched the description. This thing was definitely made to last but look great and the quality is stunning. This is absolutely perfect! It is something that I will be proud to wear that will represent my brother with his ashes in the wrench ring. I love that I can wear the necklace with his birthstone next to the ring or I can wear the ring by itself. Even without the ashes in it (yet) I still feel so many closer to him and I think that is what this jewelry was supposed to do. Represent our loved ones while making us feel closer to them and for that I can’t thank you enough.
