Processing time is 1-3 business days for cutters and 2-5 business days for bead rollers. Items are made to order and will be shipped from Malaysia.

Is there tracking for my order?

We use Quantium Solutions for all International orders that tracks until your destination with a tracking number. We use DHL for all Malaysia orders that tracks until your destination with a tracking number.

Cutters are Dishwasher safe, temperature below 70°C / 158°F. Please store in cool places.
