2. 8 oz (1/2 pint size) Ball Glass Mason jar
3. 25 grams of pre-measured feed (Organic flour)
4. Clear and Easy to follow instructions how to "Maintaining Your Sourdough Starter"

Your starter will arrive double bagged in sealed zip loc bag. Once it arrives all you will have to do is transfer the starter from the zip loc into the mason jar and add bottled water and the flour provided. After you feed it wait the 4-6 hours for it to rise to peak and should be ready to bake with.

In addition to this very active Fresh (wet) Organic Sourdough Starter I'll coach you through the whole process as long as long as you need me.
I have 3 different Organic Sourdough Starters
- Organic White Starter made from 100% organic unbleached white flour
- Organic Dark Rye Starter made from 50% organic unbleached dark rye flour and 50% organic white flour
- Organic Whole Wheat Starter made from 50% organic unbleached whole wheat flour and 50% organic white flour
When you order this I immediately feed it well for its journey then pack it up and send it to you by Mail.
It’ll be hungry after its trip so when you receive your package, open it immediately and feed it with the enclosed packet and you'll be baking soon.
After you feed it, you'll need to name it if you choose.
It's tradition to name your sourdough starter, so make sure you do that.
With it comes easy, clear directions.
You'll first feed it and let it rest.
