Due to my shops items being custom made, I can not accept cancellations or returns. However, if you feel the item is defective, please contact me, I strive for customer satisfaction, so please don't hesitate to contact me about any issues.

It is the responsibility of the customer to triple check all the spelling and information on all custom items. If there is a mistake in the spelling or information given in the notes to seller and your item is embroidered, no refund will be given. However, if you receive an item and I have misspelled the name due to MY error I will be happy to replace your item.

If a font is not chosen, I will choose one that looks best and I always choose thread colors that compliment your chosen fabrics.

Each item has its sizing depicted within the description listing and often in a photo in the items photo album as well.

Please read the item description carefully and pay careful attention to the size that you choose. If you are still unsure on which size is best for you to order, feel free to message me at anytime and I will gladly help in any way I can.

Blankets

Our blankets are made from very durable fabric and it do wash well but I do highly suggest washing all our products in cold water and hanging them to dry or if using the dryer using low heat.

DO NOT IRON minky products.

Mugs- dishwasher safe (top rack) & microwave safe.
Tumblers- Hand wash only & do not microwave.

If you are sending your item as a gift, I will gladly include a CARD within your package. Please write any special notes to your recipient in the Notes to Seller box at checkout stating that it is a gift, and include any messages that you’d like me to include to your items recipient. I will type exactly what you have written and include it within your package and don't forget to include who the gift is from.

Do you need your order sooner then my specified time frame? If so please message me BEFORE placing your order & I can check to see if rushing your order is a possibility. Due to the custom nature of my items, not all items will have the option of being rushed. If I am able to meet your rushed deadline, you can add the RUSH MY ORDER listing to your total order. This will be an additional fee on top of your shipping fees.

PLEASE be sure your shipping addresses are correct. I will use the address on the order & I am NOT responsible for shipping it to the wrong address if you have not changed it. Unfortunately I have no way of changing the address once it has been shipped, nor will I replace the item. If you provide an incomplete/wrong address & the package is returned to me, I will send an invoice for the cost of postage to re-ship the package to you. I will re-send your package once it is paid.

All of my items ship through Canada Post. It is the purchasers responsibility to pay all duties & taxes on items.

Once your order is shipped, I am no longer responsible for any delays & encourage you to track your order through the Canada Post App.

Minky fabric is a special type of plush, cozy, warm fabric that is 100% polyester and is often used to make blankets, baby clothing & baby accessories. The high quality of minky fabric prevents its colors from fading when washed, so it will look new for years to come. Since minky is polyester you CANNOT iron minky.
