Every listing on our shop, will include a description if we send a proof or not. Sending a proof always depends on if we need some extra details for the customer, or if the customer requests. If a customer wants to request a proof, just drop it in the buyers note.

If you contact us before the order is dispatched, we can for sure change the delivery address. If the item ends up getting delivered to the wrong address, you will be asked to pay another postage charge for when the item is returned. If it is delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled as per Etsy's Terms and Conditions regarding buyer responsibility to provide the correct address.

Can you do my order in another language?

Of course we can! We will copy and paste any language request so please ensure it is capitalised and punctuated as you would like it.

Any discrepancy with your order should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Any issues with delivery status will need to be checked with the mailing company the parcel was sent with. For UK customers, we will do it on your behalf and wait for their investigation to be completed. Any international orders, customers will need to contact their mailing company.
