Can I change my address after ordering?

I can change your address if you made a simple mistake during checkout. Please send me a message ASAP. Also, all addresses must be in the English alphabet.

Do you ship internationally?

I do ship to a select few other countries. International buyers be aware your county will most likely require customs fees & taxes. The percentage varies by location, so check your local laws before ordering. I will ship with your government postal service.

I haven't recieved my package.

FOR USA SHOPPERS - Please wait 3 weeks with no movement and then contact me. It's important we wait this time frame because sometimes things happen, and packages take longer than expected to arrive. While rare, it can take the post office this long to deliver mail. FOR OUTSIDE OF USA - Please wait 8 weeks with no movement and then contact me. International orders can take a few months to arrive. I know that seems incredibly long, but it does happen.

What paper do you use?

I use a premium matte sticker paper. It has a smooth surface, is bright white and is semi removable. It does have the protentional to curl sheets, but don't worry it won't affect the stickers.

How do you ship orders?

Majority of my products ship free in a standard envelope as a cost effective option for small orders. You can upgrade to tracking with a rigid mailer during checkout. If your order is over $25 you must upgrade. I HIGHLY recommend upgrading during checkout regardless of order total. Not only do you get tracking, but the service is much faster.

-PRODUCT-

All of my stickers are hand drawn by myself on my tablet and turned into the cutest little sticker sheets! I print, cut and package everything myself in my home office. You can't find these anywhere else! The watermark seen in my listing photos will not be on your stickers.

-SIZE & MATERIALS-

This sheet is 6.5 x 4.5 inches. The foldable stickers are approximately 1.5 inches tall and 1.25 inches wide when folded shut. All of my foldable planner stickers are kiss cut with perforated score lines to ensure a perfect fold each time. Please be aware there is no holo foiling on these sheets. The colors are specifically blended to give a holographic appearance.

All of my stickers are printed on premium matte sticker paper. It's bright white, prints soft pastel colors and has a smooth surface. If you'd like to learn more, I have a FAQ on my Instagram @demurearts. I print in 600 dpi which allows for deep color and minimal pixelation.

-PACKAGING & SHIPPING-

Please check shipping info at the bottom of the page for my current processing time. Standard shipping is free in an UNTRACKED envelope. You can upgrade during checkout to a rigid mailer for extra protection with tracking. All orders over $20 need to be upgraded, because without tracking I can not give refunds or replacements for lost orders. Please double check your address before ordering.

-FIND ME-

Please check my FAQ and shop policies for common questions and important info. If you have any questions, feel free to message me on here or my Instagram @demurearts. I also have a printables store if that's more your style. You can find that at demureprintables.etsy.com.

This shop is one of the best experiences I’ve had on Etsy in a long time. I’m a repeat customer and have been impressed with the unique and functional designs offered. This is a professional experience from purchase to delivery. The branding is locked in with a solid visual aesthetic (color scheme, font, logo, etc) so you feel like you’re receiving a thoughtfully designed and polished package, not just stickers printed in someone’s bedroom. Stickers are crisp, peel easily off the sheet, and adhere easily to paper. In addition, all of my orders are shipped quickly and safely packaged.
