I am here to make the planet more beautiful and I take it very seriously! Each item is carefully packed using cotton bags, glassine envelops, branded cards and tissue paper making the packaging either reusable or 100% compostable, recyclable & biodegradable.

+ Bags- cotton bags with polyester ribbon. They are great for storing your jewellery to protect it from scratches.
+ Glassine- paper based material originating from sustainably managed forests.
+ Tissue paper- super lightweight paper type usually made from recycled paper pulp.

If you would like to receive ZERO WASTE packaging let me know in the note to seller section. Your new jewellery will be packed in glassine and tissue paper only (it will not include cotton bags)

I want every customer to be over the moon with Gin Fon Ask jewellery however if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please get in touch.

Returns. Please contact us within 14 days and return the item within 30 days. The item remains buyers responsibility until it is safely received back by me. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected the return will be processed in 1-10 working days. The cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Custom made items (including rings if selected 'custom size') and bespoke pieces can only be returned if they are found to be faulty

Unfortunately, I am currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘Returns’.

Ring size conversion:
UK L- EU 16 or 50.5- US 5.5
UK M- EU 16.5 or 52- US 6
UK N- EU 17 or 53- US 6.5
UK O- EU 17.25 or 54.5- US 7
UK P- EU 17.75 or 56- US 7.5

Most of the rings are made to order so it is incredibly important to provide me with a right size.
If you aren't sure which size you need there are several options:

1. Get your ring size measured at a reputable jeweller (ask for rings circumference or inside diameter)

2. Use a reusable ring sizer that you can purchase from our shop. This option is ideal if you are purchasing midi & other stackable rings for different fingers

3. There are also a lot of printable ring sizers available online for free. These can be less accurate than plastic or metal so do be careful

If you do order the wrong size please get in touch and I will let you know your best options.

You should expect to be asked for a small alteration fee + shipping costs

Please note that not all rings can be resized.

If any alteration or repair work is carried out by a third party I cannot be held responsible for any issues or problems with the jewellery.

It is buyers responsibility to provide me with correct and complete address. If you noticed that the address is incorrect contact me ASAP!
If your order has already been dispatched unfortunately there is nothing I can do.
If your order bounces back and is returned, you will be asked to cover the cost of reshipping. If the order is back and you wish to cancel the order, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Please remember: there is no returns for custom made items.
If the parcel has been delivered to a wrong address, unfortunately there is nothing I can do. I can only suggest you to call or visit the address to try to retrieve the package.

Over time, sterling silver and 9ct gold will tarnish as it reacts with oxygen and moisture in the air. To prevent your jewellery from tarnishing (or at least slow it down) keep it in an air tight bag or container. If, like most of us, you keep your jewellery on the bedside table or in a jewellery box, you will need a polishing cloth or rouge cloth to make sure that it stays fresh and shiny! Use polishing cloth for a quick everyday care or rouge cloth to bring your oxidised jewels back to life.

If you still don't have Polishing and Rouge cloth- you can find it in "Other" section in my shop!

Each piece is handcrafted in small batches or made-to-order in a relaxed neighbourhood in Vilnius. The jewellery is never overproduced meaning that every piece is made with a great attention to detail. That means that you are not only getting an item that with care will last you a lifetime but are also reducing the waste created by fashion industry.

Items marked “In stock” are made in small batches and are ready to ship.

Made-to-order items normally take 3-14 days to produce but it might take up to 10 weeks depending on workload and materials used. Get in touch if you would like to know when to expect an item to be shipped.

Processing times:
- In stock: 1-7 working days
- Made to order: 3 working days-10 weeks.

Eco Silver or Eco Friendly Silver is silver that has been recycled. It means that there has been no mining or human exploitation involved in sourcing the precious metal.
Recycling does not affect the quality of the metal meaning that apart from the way it was sourced, it is exactly the same as any other sterling silver.
The same applies to Eco Gold (Eco Friendly Gold)

Lithuanian post (Lietuvos paštas) helps me to deliver your new treasures. All parcels are send with tracked services with delivery times varying depending on the destination:

-Lithuania: 2-4 working days
-The rest of the world: 5-30 working days but could take longer due to customs.

Please remember that you may need to pay additional taxes or import fees on your purchase if ordering from outside the EU, Gin Fon Ask jewellery is shipped directly from my workshop in Vilnius, Lithuania.
