I would say at least half of my store is made to order and customizable. On the items that can be customized you should find a box to add what you want when placing your order. If you don’t or have a unique idea please feel free to shoot me a message.

Wholesale availability

At this time I currently do not sell wholesale. Please check back in the future for further updates on this.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not put a receipt of any kind in the package so these can easily be sent as gifts.

It is stated on the listing as well when purchasing, but with the upcoming summer months please be vigilant on where you place your freshies. They will not be able to withstand direct sunlight or getting caught behind window shades. I suggest placing freshies on your turning signal if you know you park in the direct sun and live in a place with high temps. Vent clips should be find in your vents as long as they are shaded as well.

Can I return or exchange my item?

I can only accept returns or exchanges on items that are not custom. Items that can NOT be returned or exchanged are the following: Car coasters with customizations such as colors or writing. Cowhide mirror hangers All resin keychains Any other items that customizations have been added to. Other items can be returned but must be UNUSED and in their original packaging. Items that need to be returned must be shipped back to me at the customers expense, within 7 days of the delivery date. For exchanges customers must cover both return shipping for the original item as well as shipping costs for the new item. Please message me for a return shipping address and to inform me of the return.

I haven’t received my item yet?

My current processing time for resin items is up to 14 business days. All other items in my shop Items will ship within 7 business days. You will receive an updated tracking number and shipping notification when your item is shipped. This should be sent to your email. You should also have received an email upon purchase stating the estimated delivery date. While I do often ship early please use this as a reference for when your item will arrive.

My item has shipped but hasn’t delivered?

I currently ship with USPS priority which takes approximately 2-5 business days to arrive. However it is common for USPS to have delays. Please be patient with them and with me, as once your package is dropped off it is out of my hands. Often USPS forgets to scan items at the first stop. So if your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days it likely will when it gets to its next destination. USPS does occasionally have items that go into “limbo” so to speak. Where your tracking says “arriving late” but has no updated info. When this happens please give them up to 3 weeks to deliver. I find 90% of the time they deliver within this time frame. If they don’t please reach out to me so we can proceed.

New Policy:
If you have an open order for this item, I’m more than happy to send photos of the hide options currently available so you can choose the pattern and color you love. If none of the options feel right, your order can absolutely be canceled and fully refunded, no worries at all. To better manage time and order flow, I’ll no longer be able to send hide photos prior to purchase. In the past, a large amount of time was spent pulling inventory and sending images that often didn’t receive a response or were followed up on much later. That said, your happiness is still very important to me. If you place an order and aren’t comfortable with the available options, you’re always welcome to cancel for a full refund with no penalty.
