**STL files will be emailed within 48 hours of purchase if purchased Monday-Friday on a normal business week. If purchased on a weekend, the file will be emailed the next regular business day (Please keep in mind that some Mondays are federal holidays).**

*IF PURCHASING A SET OF CUTTERS AS STL FILES, PLEASE PURCHASE THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF CUTTERS INCLUDED IN THE SET (Example: Set of 2 cutters will need to have 2 STL files purchased. By not doing this, your STL files could be delayed due to insufficient purchase amount. I will contact you if this occurs.*

PLEASE change the quantity if purchasing more than 1 STL file. Also, please be sure to include the name of the cutter, size of the cutter you want and a valid email in the Personalization section.

If no email or an invalid email is provided at the time of purchase, I will send you a message through Etsy.

All cutters in our shop are available for STL file purchase in all available sizes. Some CUTTER SETS are a set size and cannot be changed.

STL files are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may use the cutters to make and sell cookies, but you cannot resell the STL file or the physical cutter that was printed using our STL file. The STL file may not be shared.

STL files may not be modified or altered in any way.

This listing is a digit download that will be emailed to the email provided at the time of purchase. No physical item will be shipped.

STL files are a simplified version of the physical cutter we print and ship to allow for easier printing at home.

We are not responsible for any misprints or issues that occur when printing. We do not offer technical support to assist with your printer settings. If an issue occurs with the STL file itself, we will gladly send a replacement file of the SAME cutter purchased. We will not provide another shape/size as a replacement.

No refunds will be issued after purchase. No refunds will be issued if you are unable to print the cutter.
